Greek-Catholic, Melkite, Chaldean, Maronite, Mozarab, Byzantine, etc. - twenty-three equal Churches within the communion of the "one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church."
This is a day of recollection and education especially attuned to the needs of those involved in the adult catechumenate and the R.C.I.A.
Begins at 9:00 a.m. with the Byzantine Divine Liturgy, and concludes at 6:30 p.m.. Lunch is included.
Led by Rt. Rev. Lawrence Gosselin USAF (ret.), this is an excellent opportunity to understand "those other" Catholics and the full spectrum and beauty of the Catholic Church, a Church which is much less monolithic than some might think.
